In the Pokémon Black Version and Pokémon White Version games, you become a Pokémon Trainer at the beginning of his or her grand adventure. You’ll visit many places and discover countless Pokémon across the Unova region. Your objective is to catch and train Pokémon to battle and become the Pokémon League Champion. Along the way, you’ll encounter many people and events that take you on even more amazing adventures!                                                                                                                                                               Choose a Pokémon!

At the beginning of your journey, you’ll choose one of three Pokémon—Snivy, Tepig, or Oshawott. Plus, you’ll be given a small stock of Poké Balls so you can catch more Pokémon and begin to build your party. It’s best to have a diverse set of Pokémon in your party so that you can be ready to battle any other Pokémon you meet!  Beat the Gym Leaders!

You have two goals as a Pokémon Trainer. Your first is to challenge all of the Pokémon Gym Leaders in the Unova region to become the Pokémon League Champion. This won’t be easy—the Gym Leaders are some of the strongest Trainers around.
